For 13 years, I built a career in government policy. Boardrooms, briefings, evidence-based strategy. And every morning before work, I was in the gym. Strength training wasn’t a hobby — it was the foundation everything else was built on.
Nearly 18 years of consistent training taught me what works, what doesn’t, and what changes when your hormones do.
When I left government to build Her Strength Protocol, I brought both worlds with me: the analytical rigour of a policy career and the lived experience of a woman who has trained through every season of life.
I coach professional women in perimenopause who are done with generic fitness advice. Women who want to understand their bodies, build real strength, and feel like themselves again — not their past selves, but a stronger, more capable version of who they are right now.
