    I’m an Australian Certified Personal Trainer and Pain-Free Performance Specialist Coach (PPSC), qualified to practice in Canada. I also hold a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Western Sydney University (2010) — a background that shapes my holistic and compassionate approach to coaching. 
     
    My philosophy is simple: master the basics, train with intention, and build habits that last.
